Location & Directions
The Grizzly Lodge is situated 10 scenic miles northeast of downtown Fairbanks, Alaska off of Chena Hot Springs Road. The country setting provides a buffer from the outside world, yet is close enough to the restaurants, shops, and amenities available in Fairbanks.

Directions from Fairbanks to the Grizzly Lodge:
- Leave Fairbanks on AK-2 W / Steese Highway
- Take a right on Chena Hot Springs Road
- Turn right on Nichols Lane, then right on Westmoreland Ave
- Follow signs. We are the first drive on right.
Need a Ride or a Rental Car?
Van transportation to and from the airport or downtown Fairbanks is available only for guests on our private and scheduled tours. Taxi and Uber/Lyft services should be arranged with those companies if needed well in advance. We’re a small family-run operation, so please make sure to make tour arrangements and provide details for pickup or drop off times and locations well in advance if you are in need of transfer to or from the lodge.
